Since the establishing in 2016, China machinery industry excellent engineer education alliance have been growing consecutively, 259 majors related to enginery from more than 180 institutions and more than 80 enterprises have been covered. It has, undoubtedly become a powerful academic organization with strong cohesion. In order to better to realize the purpose of mutual purpose and promote carrying out the work, the league's 2019 general assembly is going to be held on 27th October in Shanghai. During the meeting, the achievements of the third session of the alliance is going to be presented and the third graduation design competition award ceremony is going to be held. It is very important for alliance members to join the meeting on time for exchanging the topics about engineering education professional certification, school-enterprise collaborative talent training and other matters.
2019 Special Session of National Mechanical Engineering Teaching Advisory Board under the Ministry of Education
The ministry of education undergraduate course machinery kind professional teaching guidance committee is the highest organization hired by ministry of Education for guiding the teaching of machinery majors in tertiary education. The meeting is focus on establishing ‘Shuangwan’ (double ten thousand) project, first-class professional construction "double ten thousand" plan and ‘excellent engineer project plan’ project and ‘brilliant talents plan’ project 2.0, new curriculum design in new fields, hundreds online courses for new engineering and more than ten thousand new engineering teachers training scheme and the new trend for developing and communicating about the future of mechanical engineering education in this new era. The influence and requirement of new science and technology revolution and industrial revolution on mechanical engineering education will be analyzed from different aspects, exploring the new content and new mode for mechanical engineering education in the new era.
The meeting is going to invite a number of well-known domestic mechanical engineering education specialists who can teach outstanding course with unique features from different mechanical engineering universities. They are going to report on New engineering machinery professional talent training program, machinery professional curriculum system, teaching mode reform, machinery first-class professional construction evaluation, the new mode of organization and the mechanism of collaborative education of practical teaching in mechanical engineering education respectively. The content will be focused on personnel training and teaching reform and different thoughts of the construction of the new specialty of intelligent manufacturing in the area of new engineering, offering good communication and cooperation opportunities for engineering experts in terms of its teaching and management and helping with the engineering education reopen and reinnovation in this new era.
