Cancellation and refund policy of registration and banquet
● Cancellation received on or before August 15,2019 (GMT+8): Full refund less an administrative charge of 100 USD
● Cancellation received on or before September 14, 2019 (GMT+8): 50% of the total amount paid less an administrative charge of 100 USD
● Cancellation received on or after September 15, 2019 (GMT+8): No Refund
● In case of refund, all bank charges for wire transfer will be covered by participants.
● Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy of registration is different from that of accommodation.
