Guideline for Poster Submission

How to submit?

※ Poster should be submitted online and email submissions will not be considered.

Poster Format

The essays for this conference will be in the form of posters, including titles, text, charts, etc.  For specific forms, please follow the Format for Papers and Template for Papers which both provided on the homepage of ICMEE 2019.

Submission Rules

1）Chinese participants should provide both Chinese and English versions of posters in the format of DOC or DOCX, and the contents of both manuscripts should be consistent. 

2) Non-Chinese participants only need to provide English version of posters in the format of DOC or DOCX. The conference committee will organize professional translators to translate English versions into Chinese.

3）All the participants need to provide a photo of the first author in the format of JPG, and the size of it should be in the range of 3MB~5MB. 

4）The photo and 2 manuscripts should be integrated into a single RAR document before uploading, and using other formats for the uploading document may cause submission failure.
